Absolutely, if you’d like! Weekly weigh-ins are optional and not a requirement.

Please provide at least 14 days notice if you’re planning to go away.
This allows us to put your direct debit on hold during that time.Memberships will only be placed on hold if the time away is a minimum of 4 weeks.

Good question! You will scan in to every meeting and enter your weight on your phone. I will track this with you. You can also enter your weight into your Member Booklet each week.

Yes! All members receive a weekly email with a summary of the session’s content, so you’ll stay updated even if you’re away.
